Charter

The Prince William County Radio Control Flyers (PWCRCF) was established to promote and facilitate the flying of radio controlled aircraft. It is a social organization chartered by the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) as AMA Club #3160. Membership will consist of individuals meeting criteria established in the PWCRCF Inc. By-laws. The PWCRCF is incorporated as a non-profit organization under the laws of the State of Virginia.

PWCRCF History

The PWCRCF was reestablished in 2003. PWCRCF was formerly known as the Prince William Radio Controlled Modelers. The club incorporated in the State of Virginia as a non-profit corporation in March of 2006.

Regular Activities

The PWCRCF has monthly meetings on the first Thursday of each month and our field is open year-round for flying. We also hold scheduled certification opportunities, an annual "Fun Fly" and Picnic, and occasional contests. We support the Boy Scouts with Merit Badge clinics and other flying opportunities.
